Ofir
Kedar
Managing Partner, Founder
Ofir Kedar is a passionate entrepreneur and
visionary who has nurtured high technology professionals and companies
since his entry into the high-tech field in the mid 1980's.
Founder and former CEO of SQRIBE (now Brio
Technology), a leading provider of enterprise software, Ofir revolutionized
the way corporation's access information, enabling advanced searching
capabilities via the intranet. Prior to his founding of SQRIBE,
Ofir was General Manager of the Oracle Corporation subsidiary in
Israel where he began his successful career in technology.
A member of the Young Presidents Organization,
Ofir remains Chairman of the Board of Brio Technology and holds
board seats at several other high-tech companies, including Handyman
Online and A2i, Inc., a provider of high-end catalog solutions for
the Internet.
Alan
Fisher
General Partner, Founder
A serial entrepreneur, Alan Fisher has founded
a portfolio of successful high-tech companies, combining industry
know-how with substantial business acumen.
Prior to joining Wingspring, Alan was co-founder
and Chief Technical Officer of Onsale (now Egghead.com), the Internet's
leading value retailer of computers and consumer electronics.
Prior to Onsale, Alan co-founded Ambia Corporation, now a division
of publicly held Infodata Systems, Inc., a developer of electronic
document management systems. As President and CEO of
Software Partners, Inc., which he also co-founded, Alan was responsible
for the creation of such innovative products as StreetSmart and
e.Schwab for Charles Schwab and Company.
Alan is a board member of Egghead.com, Fatbrain.com,
and Infodata Systems, Inc. He holds an MS in Electrical Engineering
from Stanford University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from
the University of Missouri.
Dianne
Snedaker
General Partner, Founder
Dianne joined Wingspring following a long-term
career in the world of strategic marketing and communications bringing
her substantial business-building and operational experience to new and
evolving enterprises.
A 25-year business veteran, Dianne is the former
President of Ketchum/San Francisco, the nationally prominent marketing
and communications company. Providing strategic counsel to a broad range
of Fortune 500 companies, Dianne built a strong reputation for branding and
positioning before expanding into the world of interactive media and technology.
In 1995, she co-founded Ketchum Interactive, a web design and strategy business
that is now part of the publicly held Agency.com.
Moving into her own consulting business in 1998, Dianne
worked with CEO’s and investors to bring strategic marketing and operational
experience to Internet start-ups and companies in the midst of substantial change.
In the fall of 1999, she joined four colleagues in founding Wingspring, building
on her extensive background in media, retail, operations, technology, and strategic
marketing.
Identified as one of the Bay Area’s leading businesswomen by
the San Francisco press, Dianne is past-chair of the Young Presidents Organization
(Golden Gate Chapter) and an advisor to the UC Davis Graduate School of Business.
Dianne was recently named an Alumna of Distinction by her undergraduate alma mater,
University of Florida, and holds a graduate degree from Northwestern University.
Timothy
F. Taich
General Partner, Founder
A Silicon Valley lawyer for more than 13
years, Tim has extensive experience in broad-ranged business development
activities, structuring, negotiating and closing strategic transactions
for technology companies.
Prior to the establishment of Wingspring,
Tim was a Principal with Palo Alto Ventures, where he focused on
strategic investment activities. His business initiatives
included a particular emphasis on the Internet and emerging technologies.
Preceding Palo Alto Ventures, Tim was Senior Counsel for Compaq
Computer Corporation, where he served as a key member of the Strategy
and Ventures Group of the Tandem Division. From 1991 to 1996,
Tim was Corporate Legal Counsel for Triad Systems, responsible for
commercial transactions, mergers & acquisitions, intellectual
property protection, human resource management, and strategic alliances.
Tim's career start was as corporate associate at the law firm of
Ware & Freidenrich (now Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich).
Tim received a BS in Business from the University
of Colorado and a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley
(Boalt Hall). He became a member of the California Bar in
1986.
Avrami
Tzur
General Partner, Founder

Avrami Tzur brings to Wingspring a career
of technological vision and breakthrough thinking.
Prior to Wingspring, Avrami was a co-founder
and CEO of ProSight Inc, a provider of enterprise web applications
that revolutionized the way IT professionals manage themselves.
As a resident entrepreneur in BRM, the respected startup incubator,
Avrami set the vision, created the concepts, and build the foundations
of ProSight. With that company firmly established, he returned to
the world of start-up incubation, joining Wingspring as founding
Partner.
Earlier in his career, Avrami worked at Interval
Research Corporation, Paul Allen's leading-edge think tank, ultimately
becoming co-founder and director of technology of Carnelian Inc,
a startup venture focused on electronic publishing.
Avrami holds a master's degree in computer
science from Stanford University and a computer engineering degree
from the Technion in Israel.
