Robert Robichaud Brings 20 Years of Industry Experience to Wingspring

PLEASANTON, CA (June 14, 2000) — Wingspring, a new business-oriented incubator driven by the goal of dramatically accelerating time to market and significantly increasing market success of the companies it incubates, announces that Bob Robichaud, 47, has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. He brings 20 years of finance, planning, accounting and administration experience.

Prior to joining Wingspring, Robichaud was the Chief Financial Officer at U.S. Wireless Data, Inc., a company that serves the transaction processing industry by applying wireless technology and Internet based services to the transport and translation of electronic transactions. He was also formerly with Triad Systems, Corp., a provider of software, hardware and information management solutions, where he held several key financial management positions including Director of Finance, and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis.
